Nashville’s new and upcoming artist, GRW, rocks Manuel piece in album cover for “Tennessee is Cold”

Californian native proves that monochromatic color schemes will never become outdated in the shoot for his newest single, “Tennessee is Cold.” GRW is pictured in an all-black set by famous Nashville based designer Manuel Couture.

The look perfectly matches the aesthetic of the album cover which features GRW in a western scene; sitting by a campfire on a chilly night performing acoustic tunes on his guitar. Although the scene draws out his western side, GRW as an artist refuses to stay constricted to a genre or style. "I’ve never felt confined to the constraints of a certain genre, reveals GRW. I don’t think music or art should live by a set of rules, so I don’t either." GRW's passion is "To bring in all cultures and reach across different cultures and countries to create a new sound. I incorporate elements of global sounds into many of my productions.”

Manuel American Designs, located in Berry Hill, Nashville, has designed for entertainers across all genres. From Johnny Cash to Elvis Presley, Manuel is the creator of many iconic looks for legendary musicians for award shows, album covers, music video's, and much more.
