“Nashville you are and will always be home,” says model Josephine Skriver
“Nashville you are and will always be home,” says model Josephine Skriver, who recently sold her Nashville home to make L.A her permanent place of residence. The Danish model and her boyfriend Alexander Deleon bought their all white, three-story modern home in Nashville back in 2018. “I think [Nashville is] the first place in America that reminds me a little bit of Denmark,” said Josephine. “I felt so at peace and so at home here.”
In her Instagram post of the announcement, Josephine made it known that Nashville will always have a piece of her heart. “To the city that stole my heart. To the first place that felt like home since I moved to America. I just want to say thank you.”
Josephine isn't the only who was captured by Nashville’s aura. There has been a steady increase in Nashville real-estate market as many just like Josephine are choosing to make the pleasant city their home. According to zillow.com, Davison County home values have gone up 16.1% over the past year and are expected to keep rising. A simple ride through Nashville will inform you of the demand for real-estate as construction is happening all over the city and suburbs.
