Presley Tennant Is Taking Risks in ’Gamble On You’

Nashville tends to spark inspiration for many singer/songwriters and Presley Tennant was no exception

Presley Tennant confirms that she’s not afraid of a competitive game of cards (or in this case, a relationship) in new single, “Gamble On You.” Presley Tennant narrates a poker game where she puts her emotions on the line in hopes of sweeping the table.

"'Gamble On You' expresses the feeling in the beginning of a relationship of uncertainty of where things will lead, trying to basically read their mind to figure out if it was going to end up good or go no where” says the 19-year old powerhouse.

Inspiration for “Gamble On You” occurred while Tennant was on a trip in Nashville. While in a hotel room, Tennant was thinking on a guy that she had been talking to for over a month. “I really liked him but was stressed out about us not being on the same page even though we determined we were exclusive” revealed Tennant. “I’m the type of person that doesn’t like to play games and I didn’t know if he was trying to play me. It really felt like a gamble to me.”
